Antonio Parenti will take up post of Head of EU Permanent Representation in Italy at beginning of June

29/04/2020 (Agence Europe) – Italy’s Antonio Parenti has been appointed to head the European Commission’s Representation in Italy, which includes offices in Rome and Milan, and he will take up his duties on 1 June, the European institution announced on Wednesday 29 April. A European official for 25 years, Mr Parenti is currently Head of the Economics, Trade and Development Section of the European Union Delegation to the United Nations.
