MEPs unable to agree on their socio-economic policy guidelines for 2020

The European Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) failed to overcome the left/right divide to adopt, on Wednesday 4 March, its guidelines for socio-economic policy in the European Union in 2020 (see EUROPE B12438A12).
