Commission reaffirms its reservations about provisional agreement on ‘mobility I’ package

In a document addressed to the Member States, the European Commission on Tuesday 11 February reaffirmed its reservations regarding the provisional agreement between the European Parliament and the EU Council on the social and market aspects of the ‘mobility I’ package (posting of truck drivers, driving and resting times, tachographs, cabotage and market access - see EUROPE B12389A7).
