Dubrovnik should be starting point for Conference on Future of Europe

The Ministers for European Affairs of the Member States of the European Union did not finalise their position on the objectives and organisation of the Conference on the Future of Europe on Tuesday 28 January at the General Affairs Council (see EUROPE B12411A15).
