On Monday 27 January, in Brussels, the Ministers of Agriculture of Germany, France and Spain presented their declaration of 19 December 2019 calling for an ambitious Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) that meets the expectations of European society, particularly with regard to environmental issues (see EUROPE B12394A11).
