03/01/2020 (Agence Europe) – With 1,581 outbreaks, salmonellosis remains the most common cause of foodborne infection, according to the latest zoonoses report published on 12 December by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
