Hearings process in European Parliament for Commissioners-Designate from France, Hungary and Romania clarified

The Commissioners-designate for the Internal Market, Thierry Breton of France, for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy, Olivér Várhelyi of Hungary, and for Transport, Adina-Ioana Vălean of Romania, received their mission letters on Thursday 7 November for the future 'von der Leyen' Commission.

The process of hearings in the European Parliament will now be triggered, beginning with the declarations of financial interest to the Committee on Legal Affairs.
