Directive on work-life balance—trade unions are examining practices between social partners in 10 Member States

29/10/2019 (Agence Europe) – While the directive on work-life balance is being transposed (see EUROPE B12179A2), the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) published a lengthy study (over 80 pages) on the content of social partner agreements in 10 Member States (Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden) on Tuesday, 29 October.
