Unanimous green light from European Parliament’s political groups for appointment of Věra Jourová as Vice-President for Values and Democracy

08/10/2019 (Agence Europe) – After a successful hearing, the current Commissioner of Justice and Vice-President designate for Values and Democracy, the Czech Věra Jourová, was easily confirmed on Monday evening, 7 October, by the coordinators of the European Parliament’s Civil Liberties and Constitutional Affairs committees (see EUROPE B12343A1).
