92% of donor pledges made at 3rd Brussels Conference are being fulfilled by 2019

Donors who participated last March in the Third Brussels Conference (Brussels III) ‘Supporting the Future of Syria and the Region’ are on track to meet their commitments, according to a progress report published on Monday 23 September by the European Union on behalf of the conference co-chairs (see EUROPE B12214A20).

For 2019, donors have already contributed 92% (US$6.4 billion) of the funding pledges to Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria itself.
