Own-initiative report on European arrest warrant will be dealt with on 8 October by Committee on Civil Liberties

17/09/2019 (Agence Europe) – Meeting on 16 September in Strasbourg, the European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties decided to confirm the decision made by the coordinators of the political groups on 12 September to postpone the decision on the ECR group's proposal to draw up an own-initiative report on revising the European Arrest Warrant (EAW) (see EUROPE B12326A18). This decision was passed by 50 votes to 7.
