Equivalence for Swiss stock exchange expired on Sunday 30 June, due to lack of progress on framework agreement

01/07/2019 (Agence Europe) – As expected, the European Commission has allowed the equivalence for the Swiss stock exchange to expire on Sunday 30 June, which means that from Monday 1 July, EU investors wishing to operate on the Swiss stock market could find themselves in breach of European rules on the terms of the share trading obligation.
