Éric Peltier appointed EU Mission Force Commander of EUTM RCA

01/07/2019 (Agence Europe) – French Brigadier General Eric Peltier has been appointed EU Mission Force Commander of the European Union CSDP Military Training Mission in the Central African Republic (EUTM RCA), as of 8 July 2019, according to the Official Journal of the European Union edition of 1 July.
