Council of the EU endorses legislative acts on new EU-Gambia Fisheries Agreement

25/06/2019 (Agence Europe) – The EU Council of Ministers formally adopted on Tuesday 25 June the legislative acts on the conclusion of the new fisheries agreement between the EU and Gambia (see EUROPE B12212A19). The new agreement covers a period of 6 years from the date of its provisional application and would be "renewable by tacit agreement".
