General Court dismisses Mr Czarnecki's action against European Parliament

18/06/2019 (Agence Europe) – The General Court of the European Union dismissed, in an order given on Thursday 6 June, the action brought by MEP Ryszard Czarnecki (ECR, Poland) against the European Parliament's decision of February 2018 to dismiss him as Vice-President of the European Parliament because of his use of Nazi insults against one of his compatriots, Roza Thun, a member of the EPP group (see EUROPE B11956A3).
