EU Council revokes sanctions framework

17/06/2019 (Agence Europe) – As announced by EUROPE (see EUROPE B12269A20), the Foreign Affairs Council, meeting in Luxembourg, decided on Monday 17 June to revoke the framework for restrictive measures against the Maldives. This framework, which had been adopted on 16 July 2018, was empty (see EUROPE B12063A6).
