Commission and European Council urged to act in response to alleged conflict of interest involving Andrej Babiš

The Greens/EFA Group in the European Parliament sent a letter on Wednesday 5 June to Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission, and Margrethe Vestager, Commissioner for Competition, and a second letter to Donald Tusk, President of the European Council, asking them to take immediate action on the conflict of interest situation in which Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (see EUROPE B12267A4) reportedly finds himself.
