Romanian party Alianța Liberalilor și și Democraților leaves European party

03/06/2019 (Agence Europe) – The President of the European ALDE Party, Hans van Baalen, announced on Monday 3 June that he had received on 29 May the official announcement of the Romanian party Alianța Liberalilor și Democraților (ALDE) that it had decided to leave the European ALDE Party with immediate effect. Since November, this party had been subject to an expulsion procedure by ALDE (see EUROPE B12191A3). (CG)
