EU Council extends legal framework for sanctions containing blank list for a year

21/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday, 21 March, the Council of the EU adopted, by written procedure, the decision to extend for one year the legal framework adopted in 2011 in order to sanction, by freezing assets and banning the issuing of visas, persons who “undermine the sovereignty, territorial integrity, constitutional order and international identity of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, “seriously threaten the security situation” of the country, or undermine the Dayton Agreement....
