Commission launches new online tool for cartel leniency and settlements

19/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday, 19 March, the European Commission launched a new online tool, "eLeniency", to enable companies and their lawyers to submit, via this portal, statements and documents as part of leniency and settlement proceedings in cartel cases, as well as non-cartel cooperation cases. This means that persons wishing to submit such documents no longer have to come physically to the Commission's premises. (LT)
