Commission adopts a delegated act on deployment of Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems

13/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission adopted on Wednesday, 13 March, a delegated act to accelerate the deployment of Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) on EU roads. The use of C-ITS should contribute to making road transport cleaner and safer by allowing vehicles and infrastructure to communicate, for example, with regard to network disruptions.
