European Medicines Agency authorised to appeal concerning its rental agreement in London

11/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Medicines Agency (EMA) received leave to appeal earlier this month against the High Court of England and Wales' decision requiring it to honour its rental contract in Canary Wharf, London's business district.
