Green light from Council for interinstitutional agreement on cross-border distribution of investment funds

27/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – Member States' ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) on Wednesday 27 February endorsed the agreement reached earlier this month (see EUROPE 12187) between representatives of the European Parliament and the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the EU on proposals for a regulation and directive to facilitate and simplify the cross-border distribution of harmonised investment funds in the EU (see EUROPE 11979).
