Polish beef fraud: Commission will publish its audit report before the end of March

The European Commission sent its audit report on Polish official controls to the Polish authorities on Thursday 21 February following its mission to the field from 4 to 8 February, following the outbreak of the scandal of fraud involving damaged beef, the institution announced on Thursday (see EUROPE 12186).
