Bulgarian Energy Holding group fined €77 million for abuse of dominant position

17/12/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 17 December, the European Commission imposed a fine of €77.07 million on the energy group Bulgarian Energy Holding (BEH) and two of its subsidiaries. It found that these companies had benefited from their dominant position in the Bulgarian gas infrastructure and supply market by restricting potential competitors’ access to strategic gas infrastructure from 2010 to 2015.
