Commission closes case concerning code-share agreement between Brussels Airlines and TAP Portugal

30/10/2018 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission decided on Tuesday 30 October to close its investigation into the code-share agreement signed between Brussels Airlines and TAP Portugal in 2009 concerning the Brussels-Lisbon route. This code sharing included cooperation on ticket marketing between the two airlines. The institution had sent them a statement of objections in October 2016, fearing that this code-share had the effect, from 2009 to 2012, of restricting competition...
