Member states want to break deadlock on revision of Dublin Regulation, but continue to speculate about how solidarity will work

The interior ministers and representatives of EU member states' ministers, meeting on Friday 12 October in Luxembourg, tried to clear some European asylum policy issues, in particular the issue of the reform of the Dublin Regulation and the notion of solidarity, without making any breakthrough.
