Chemical weapons, CAR, Libya, migration and Venezuela on the table of foreign ministers

On Monday 15 October in Luxembourg, EU foreign ministers will adopt a decision to combat chemical weapons, discuss the Central African Republic, Libya, external aspects of migration and Venezuela. 

Following the conclusions of the June 2018 European Council calling for "a new regime of restrictive measures to combat the use and proliferation of chemical weapons", ministers will adopt, without debate, a legal framework that will allow the EU to impose sanctions on persons and entities...
