EU does not appeal WTO condemnation of its anti-dumping duties on Indonesian biodiesel

On Wednesday 28 February, the WTO dispute settlement body formally adopted the verdict handed down by its arbitration panel on 25 January regarding Indonesia's complaint about the EU's anti-dumping duties on Indonesian biodiesel exports (DS 480), with neither party appealing, a source close to the issue in Geneva told EUROPE.
