ECJ judge opposes further energy labelling for vacuum-cleaners

European Court of Justice (ECJ) advocate-general Henrik Saugmandsgaard Øe said in conclusions on Thursday 22 February in case C-263/16 that suppliers and sellers of vacuum-cleaners should not use extra labels to reproduce or explain information on the energy label foreseen in delegated regulation 665/2013.
