On Monday 19 February, the Eurozone finance ministers acknowledged the recent progress made by the Greek authorities concerning the implementation of the ‘prior actions’ in the framework of the third monitoring mission of the third Greek bailout plan. However, the disbursement of the promised first sub-tranche of aid of €5.7 billion is still linked to the completion of all prior actions agreed upon.
