Air quality – Commission to take a position in mid-March on new commitments submitted by nine countries under fire

14/02/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 14 February, the European Commission confirmed that it had received the measures required to come into line with the European air quality directive from the nine member states under threat of legal proceedings (see EUROPE 11958). “The Commission can now confirm that all nine member states concerned have submitted additional information, which we will evaluate.
