On Tuesday 13 February, the European Commission published new guidelines to help the public authorities put in place efficient and transparent public procurement procedures for projects financed out of European funds.
These guidelines are exhaustive and the Commission indicated that they cover“the process from A to Z, from the preparation and publication of the calls to the selection and evaluation of bids and the contract implementation”.
