Presidency of Council of EU would like all provisions on pursuing profession of road transport operator to apply to light utility vehicles

The revised compromise proposal from the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU for the revision of regulation 1071/2009 to pursue the occupation of road transport operator dated 7 February, which EUROPE has been able to examine, was part of the draft report presented by Jens Nilsson (S&D, Sweden) during the European Parliament transport committee on 23 January last (see EUROPE 11939 and 11946).
