More than half of all financial instruments envelope was utilised at the end of 2016

07/02/2018 (Agence Europe) – At the end of 2016, a milestone was reached, with more than half of the budget envelope for financial instruments being used in the context of structural and investment funds (ESI Fund), according to the most recent figures provided by the European Commission on Wednesday 7 February.
