Commission to propose real and meaningful savings in CAP and cohesion policy

06/02/2018 (Agence Europe) – Europe such as it is, with the ambitions it cherishes, cannot live within the current straitjacket of its budgetary organisation, the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, told the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Tuesday 6 February.
