09/01/2018 (Agence Europe) – According to Eurostat figures published on Tuesday 9 January, the euro area seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate was 8.7% in November 2017. According to a press release this rate is down from 8.8% in October 2017 and the lowest rate recorded in the euro area since January 2009. The EU28 unemployment rate was 7.3% in November 2017, down from 7.4% in October 2017. Eurostat explains that last year over the same period, the unemployment rate stood at 8.3%....
