05/12/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 5 December, an EU spokesperson said it was "urgent that all parties that can have an influence push for de-escalation". "The protection of the civilian population and civilian infrastructure needs to be treated as a priority by all parties", the spokesperson stated.
