On Thursday 16 November the Estonian ambassador to the EU, Clyde Kull, announced that the ambassadors of the EU member states (Coreper) had reached a general approach on risk-preparedness in the electricity sector.
This approach will be adopted at one of the next Councils, Kull tweeted, saying he wished "all the success" possible to the next Bulgarian Presidency of the EU Council to take this file to trialogue negotiation with the European Parliament.
