Committee of the Regions calls for introduction of European unemployment insurance fund

On Wednesday 11 October in an opinion on the pillar of social rights elaborated by Mauro D'Attis (EPP, Italy), the Committee of the Regions (CoR) called for the implementation of an Italian proposal to introduce a European unemployment insurance scheme as a means of tackling unemployment.
