Commission's green light to €200 million loan

09/10/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 9 October, the European Commission approved the payment of a €200 million loan to Tunisia.  This marks the launch of the second macro-financial assistance programme (MFA-II).  Approved in July 2016(see EUROPE 11568), this second assistance plan supplements the aid brought by the IMF.  It includes two other tranches of aid for €150 million each.  (MB)
