In a bid to halt North Korea's nuclear testing, EU recommends entry into force of CTBT

In New York on Wednesday 20 September, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini recommended the entry into force and universalisation of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) as part of the solution to the denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula.
