13/09/2017 (Agence Europe) – The 27 heads of state and government in the EU will meet up on Thursday 28 September in Tallinn, for an informal dinner focusing on the future of the post-Brexit European Union. This will take place on the eve of the informal digital agenda summit promoted by the Presidency of the Council of the EU. It will also be taking place just a few days after the German general elections on 24 September. On Tuesday 12 September, one diplomatic source referring to the subjects on the agenda of this dinner asked the following questions: What will be the priorities of the EU27? What does the subsidiarity principle mean? What resources will be directed to it and how will they be mobilised? (MB)
