Intense inter-institutional negotiations on extending 'Juncker' plan

12/09/2017 (Agence Europe) – The inter-institutional negotiations on doubling the duration and firepower of the 'Juncker' investment plan were still underway as we were going to press on Tuesday 12 September (see EUROPE 11858). According to one source, a first discussion session took place at the end of the afternoon, following which two major questions remained open: - the financing of the extension of the public guarantee provided by the EFSI fund, the financial arm of the 'Juncker'...
