SMEs call for 'SME scenario' ahead of State of the Union speech

On Tuesday 12 September, while the President of the European Commission was preparing his speech on the State of the Union, Ulrike Rabmer-Koller, the president of the UEAPME, (European Association of Craft Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises), called for a “SME scenario”.
