Thorbjørn Jagland calls for committee of investigation into allegations of corruption within PACE

On Tuesday 28 March, the secretary general of the Council of Europe (CoE), Thorbjørn Jagland, wrote to the president of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Pedro Agramunt, calling for a committee of investigation to be set up into allegations of corruption regarding certain members of the Assembly.
