Commercial banks holding Greek debt instruments lose their case against ECB

Following the unsuccessful cases brought by 200 private holders of Greek debt instruments, it is now the turn of the commercial banks to see their compensation claims against the ECB following the restructuring of the Greek debt in 2012 rejected by the General Court of the EU.
