Greens/EFA group at European Parliament turns its attention to tax intermediaries

The Greens/EFA group at the European Parliament has timed to perfection its publication of a report on the role of the tax intermediaries (banks, accountants, lawyers, audit companies) in the aggressive tax optimisation of major businesses. On Tuesday 24 January, the day after the report of the Greens/EFA was published, the MEPs of the committee of investigation into the Panama Papers scandal was receiving representatives from the sector, such as PwC and European Banking Federation.
