EIB lends €438 million for Belgian wind farm

15/12/2016 (Agence Europe) – The European Investment Bank (EIB) announced on Thursday 15 December that it had granted a loan of €438 million to support the construction of the Northern wind farm which will provide green electricity for almost 324,000 households in Belgium and cut some 593,000 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions per year.
