12/12/2016 (Agence Europe) – Meeting in Brussels on Monday 12 December, EU fisheries ministers reached political agreement on total allowable catches (TACs) and quotas for 2017 in the Black Sea (see EUROPE 11685). The TAC for sprat will remain at 11,475 tonnes, 70% of which will go to Bulgaria and 30% to Romania.
